NEXT Distro is an online and mail-based harm reduction service focused on reducing opioid overdose death, preventing injection-related disease transmission, and improving the lives of people who use drugs. They provide harm reduction supplies, including naloxone, to people who are not able to or will not access these resources through in-person programs. As of December 2025, NEXT Distro provides monthly harm reduction packages to people who use drugs in California, New York, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada, and provides naloxone in all states that do not have an existing naloxone-by-mail program.
